Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Krokanti Audit ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by Krokanti Games SL, registered in Spain.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You sign in via Krokanti Account (SSO). Keep your account secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, including API usage.
  • One account per person. Do not share accounts or API tokens.

3. Subscriptions

  • Free tier: 5 audits/month, single-page analysis, rule-based recommendations.
  • Paid subscriptions (Pro, Team, Enterprise) are billed via Stripe.
  • You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

4. Audit accuracy disclaimer

Krokanti Audit provides automated website analysis based on industry-standard tools and AI models. Scores and recommendations are indicative, not definitive. We are not responsible for actions taken based on audit results.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Audit URLs you do not own or have permission to analyze.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data beyond the API.
  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.

6. Rate limits

API requests are limited to 100 per minute per token. Accounts exceeding limits may be throttled or suspended.

7. Intellectual property

You own the data in your audit reports. The Krokanti Audit platform, code, design, and branding are the intellectual property of Krokanti Games SL.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. Krokanti Games SL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes shall be resolved in Spanish courts, unless EU consumer protection law provides otherwise.
