Free Plan Limits
The free plan allows 3 reports per month. The counter resets on the 1st of each month. Reports are per user account — not per site.
If you hit the limit, you'll see a message with an option to upgrade. Your existing reports remain accessible.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade:
- Go to Settings → Subscription
- Click Upgrade to Pro or Upgrade to Team
- Complete checkout via Stripe
Your upgrade takes effect immediately. Reports run after upgrading count against your new plan's limits.
AI Analysis Limits
AI analysis runs automatically for Pro and Team users when:
- You run a new audit
- A scheduled audit completes
The counter resets on the 1st of each month. If you reach your limit, audits still run with rule-based recommendations — AI is simply skipped until next month.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription → Manage billing. You keep Pro/Team features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.
Billing Questions
All billing is handled securely through Stripe. We never store card details. For billing issues, contact support or use the Stripe customer portal via Settings → Subscription → Manage billing.
