Exporting and Sharing Reports
How to export your audit results as PDF, CSV, or JSON, and how to create shareable public links.
Export and sharing features are available on Pro and Team plans.
Exporting Reports
From any completed report, click the Export button in the top right corner and select your format:
A professionally formatted document containing:
- Score summary (all 5 categories)
- Core Web Vitals table
- Page information (title, status code, security, etc.)
- All issues organized by category
- AI analysis and recommendations (if available)
Best for: sharing with clients, archiving results, presentations.
CSV
A spreadsheet-compatible format with multiple sections: scores, Core Web Vitals, all issues, and AI analysis summary.
Best for: importing into spreadsheets, custom analysis, data pipelines.
JSON
The complete structured data including all raw metrics, rules output, and AI analysis in a machine-readable format.
Best for: developers building integrations, storing results externally, API workflows.
Sharing Reports
Share a report publicly without requiring the recipient to sign in:
- From a completed report, click the Share button in the top right
- Click Create shareable link
- Copy the link and share it
The link gives anyone read-only access to the full report — no account required. This is useful for sharing results with clients or stakeholders.
Removing a Share Link
Click Share → Remove link. The public link immediately stops working. The report itself is not deleted.
Privacy
Shared reports are accessible to anyone with the link — there's no password protection in the current version. For sensitive reports, consider exporting to PDF instead of sharing publicly.
